Avatar Railay-Adults Only has an outdoor saltwater pool that is open all year. The pool area has a shallow ledge for placing sunbeds directly in the water. Complimentary pool and beach towels are provided for guests.

the rooms were clean with great air conditioning, it was an acceptable feature.

the apartment was not properly cleaned, i found the mirrors and windows, including the bathroom and shower area, had visible stains, i think this is unacceptable.

the location was ok. it was a few minutes walk to the main areas.

The room had a strong smell of smoke, and the bedding smelled unpleasant. the rooms were not well ventilated. new bedding would have improved my stay. I felt quite disappointed.

The room included reusable water bottles for excursions. A beach bag and beach towels were thoughtfully provided by the hotel. The air conditioning worked well so the room was always cool. Breakfast was plentiful with many options including an egg omelette offering, prepared perfectly.

The room was a great size. I enjoyed the private pool. The shower was excellent and the air conditioning worked very well.

The staff did the bare minimum . No one offered help with my luggage. I felt ignored at the restaurant.

coffee machine breakfast buffet convenient location

the breakfast buffet included a coffee machine that grinds beans this made a perfect coffee i enjoyed many options of food there too the grounds are wonderful for walking around the location is close to everything but not too close it was very convenient i felt charmed

the staff could have offered help with the luggage to the floating pier it would have been very helpful
