The room included reusable water bottles for excursions. A beach bag and beach towels were thoughtfully provided by the hotel. The air conditioning worked well so the room was always cool. Breakfast was plentiful with many options including an egg omelette offering, prepared perfectly.

The hotel's location offered closeness to both beaches. Monkeys frequently visited the pool area adding a touch of wilderness. The surrounding area felt secluded and peaceful so relaxation came naturally.

All staff were nice and helpful so assistance was always available. One staff member, boo, stood out with her friendliness so the welcome was warm. The hotel offered quick assistance when needed so the stay was stress-free.

the breakfast buffet included a coffee machine that grinds beans this made a perfect coffee i enjoyed many options of food there too the grounds are wonderful for walking around the location is close to everything but not too close it was very convenient i felt charmed

the staff could have offered help with the luggage to the floating pier it would have been very helpful
