The breakfast had excellent variety. I appreciated how family orientated it was. The hotel provides a shuttle to Universal Studios and Vivo City. I enjoyed the recreational sports available by the beach.
I noticed delivery trucks coming and going often from my room. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. I requested a mattress topper twice but did not get it.

Fantastic stay!
amazing service wide spread cheerful staff free canoes
I really appreciated the amazing service from the staff. The breakfast offered a very wide spread with different choices. The pool area featured attentive and cheerful staff, and I loved that there was canoes and paddle boats available at the beach.

The room included a balcony that had a water view. There were provided sufficient boxed drinking water in room. The cold and hot water pressure are powerful, which makes showers feel luxurious.

There is a bus that travels around the island very close to the hotel. The hotel provides canoes and paddle boats. A children play area exists on the premises. There is free bus transport available from the hotel, which goes to entertainment spots near Universal.

The breakfast buffet had many items to select, and the food tasted delicious. Complimentary cake was provided for birthdays, and it was yummy. The hotel has L3 Restaurant, and staffs is great and awesome.
