The breakfast buffet had many options. I liked the proximity to the beach. It was a short walk. The staff was friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the two different pool areas, one with kids activities and one more quiet. There were massage places nearby offering affordable services.

This hotel is conveniently located, it's a short walk from the beach. Also many restaurants and money exchange places surround it. It is in one of the better areas of the zone. I liked the closeness to EVERYTHING.

There are two pools available depending on your needs. One pool has kids activities. Both pools feature a swim-up bar. I spent a lot of time there. The hotel provides a drying rack for swimming gear.

The staff was always friendly. They greeted you every day with a smile and a good morning. The tour desk staff were helpful organizing trips and transport. ALSO they sorted washing.

cold food noisy room

the staff was friendly! but the wi-fi was slow.

The breakfast was not great. there wasn't much choice and the food was often cold, a real disappointment. also, the room was quite noisy. I could hear everything from the hallway, it. these issues really detracted from what could have been a more enjoyable stay.

Lovely Room, Great Aircon

great aircon happy staff great location

The room had great air conditioning and was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and happy to help. I found the location great, a short walk to the beach and many restaurants. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.

The pool area needed more lounges and umbrellas. I found that people would reserve them, and it was very hot in the sun. The breakfast also had all the usual delights, so I believe it could have more variety.

Fantastic stay!

expansive pool amazingly comfortable bed excellent service

The location proved convenient, positioned near the beach. The expansive pool was very nice and well-kept. I found the bed spacious and amazingly comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. I also liked the spacious balcony.

I observed some minor maintenance work underway, generating some noise. It would be great if such work could be scheduled to minimize disturbance to guests.
