eco initiatives multiple food friendly staff
i really liked this place. the garden tour i joined explained their eco initiatives, it was informative. also the multiple food options catered well to different tastes. staff was really friendly and helpful.
the wifi signal wasn't strong in my room. it was a bit of a hassle sometimes.

weak air conditioning trickling shower
the beach was right there. that was acceptable i suppose.
the air conditioning struggled. it barely cooled the room so i was sweating most nights. the shower was also a joke. it trickled more than sprayed. the rooms were outdated with visible wear and tear.

I liked the location near the beach. The breakfast was good. Hotel staff were also good. Car rental was arranged through the hotel, very convenient. The resort produced its own food and had recycling bins throughout the hotel.

The staff provided quick room service. I could call for help anytime. They helped me with my baggage. The front desk offered prompt assistance with check-in and check-out procedures.

lovely stay near the beach
convenient location daily cleaning
the location near the beach was very convenient. i enjoyed the resort's proximity to restaurants and shops. rooms were cleaned daily which was very good and breakfast was fresh with continuous cooking.
i noticed the photos online are slightly unrealistic. i think some updating would really enhance the experience.

the resort offers two pools one is a saltwater pool while the other is a standard chlorine pool. several frangipani trees are located throughout the premises with other beautifully landscaped outdoors creating a calming atmosphere. the hotel allows direct access to the sea from various points on the grounds.

the breakfast buffet included an egg station for customized orders which i really liked. the seaside ambiance at breakfast created a pleasant dining atmosphere. the restaurant served acceptable food at a good price providing decent value for the money.

the resort is situated near the beachfront within walking distance of several restaurants. cenang mall is about a 10-15 minute drive away offering more dining and shopping options. it is positioned further out on the strip providing a quieter environment.
