The arrival court featured Champa trees, water features, and ambient lighting. This design created a majestic first impression. The staff at the restaurant were helpful (I especially appreciated their recommendations). Hemanth did a good job in house keeping.
The front desk seemed uncoordinated. The service felt slow, and this was not expected from a hotel that charges high rates. Check-in and check-out each took an hour. It was quite a waste of time.

the pool area is fantastic. the staff were amazing and attentive. we had a fabulous tour arranged, and we were very well taken care of. the food and service was also great.
