the staff at ula and the outdoor facilities were very lovely. the sunbed service was great.
i was quite disappointed by the kids pool. it was really small. my children wanted to play in the infinity pool, but it was way too deep for them. it was like the hotel wasn't very family-friendly.

the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and water provided the reception pool and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful checking in and out was easy the gym is open 24/7 with views of the pool. the temperature of the pool felt good the lazy river provided relaxation sun beds and parasols were consistently available.
the balcony was never cleaned chairs and the table were dirty.

kevin gave a friendly welcome and was always helpful. the staff was attentive when my partner was not feeling well. i really appreciated the care and support provided by the hotel staff during a difficult time.
the room felt a bit dusty upon arrival. it impacted the overall freshness. i hope improvements are made in this regard.
