beautiful view big swimming pool inefficient process unresponsive staff
The hotel has a beautiful view. Every corner is well maintained it is pinterest worthy. The swimming pool is quite big I had a good time there.
Check in was an inefficient process. I reached at 3 pm I got the room keys after standing for an hour.

the housekeeping service, wow! it was amazing, a true showcase of cleanliness. rooms sparkled, every detail taken care of, felt super warm. staff, they were efficient, and so professional, i loved it!
