I found the staff to be universally fantastic. From security to reception to the valet team, everyone provided great service. the hotel has a proper resort feel with a cute reception area and a vast pool area. the pristine private beach provided a great space to relax!
The lighting in the bathroom could be brighter. My wife found it difficult to apply makeup.

the hotel features a lively wet deck pool and quieter pool areas. the food selection at liv restaurant is plentiful for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. the hotel has easy access to palm west beach and jbr, about 10-15 minutes in an uber.

The room provided a private balcony with great views of the ocean. the bedroom felt spacious, clean, and had great decor. It really reminded me of a five-star experience. the shower design favored aesthetics, with a good water pressure, but the hanging space was adequate.

The team at the pool goes above and beyond for the guests. They ensure everyone feels welcome. several staff members, like brian and charles, took great care of us, even offering a parting drink on the house, this gesture was much appreciated. staff qualificato, ospitale e professionale!
