Wonderful stay!

helpful staff quick fulfillment peaceful grounds relaxing walk

i appreciated the staff's helpfulness right from check-in. every request was fulfilled quickly. i enjoyed the infinity pool very much. the grounds are lovely and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing walk.

the soundproofing in my room was not ideal, i could hear noise from the corridor at times. it was a very slight disturbance.

THE amenities are amazing. I LOVED the staff. Every single member was friendly. THE concierge was really good. Mizu Teppanyaki and Whale Restaurant gave lovely food.

The tipping CULTURE felt a little bit pushy. The service felt transactional. The hotel did not set the bar. It was just okay.

The hotel offers direct access to the beach. Cliff walks ARE available right outside the hotel, giving a chance to explore the fine coastline and take nice photos. MANY local attractions are easily accessible.

i appreciate the immaculate design. the gardens show lush details and the pools include serene areas. the ocean views were amazing and offer many spots for relaxation. i found the spa was flawless and the beach was pristine.

i think the volume of insects was high. i saw flies often while laying on the lounger.

The hotel offered a beautiful garden. i enjoyed the sea views from many points around the hotel. i found the gym well-equipped with various machines for a full workout. the breakfast had a wide selection of items. I could find various choices of fresh fruits and pastries.
