huge pool respectful staff short boat ride limited choice high price poor quality

The pool was HUGE. It was also very clean. Staff were helpful and courteous. The boat ride to and from the island was short. This boat ride runs 24 hours a day.

Dinner buffet was a bit of a let down. The choice was limited. The quality was not great either. The price felt high.

the breakfast buffet was mediocre the pho tasted like fast food the service at the pavillion restaurant was slow my chips came after my main course the hotel needs improvement in its dining services.

This location facing the bay was Fine. The facilities were nice. I enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The service impressed me.
