the staff were nice. vince helped us out with the menu at chard. he was a good speaker and we enjoyed his company. we were surprised by a delicious complimentary cake.

the pool did not have enough space for the number of guests. many clients reserved the loungers early, though they left for excursions, so spots remained unused. also pool service did not match the expected five-star level.
