The hotel staff was so friendly! They arranged a taxi, managed by the hotel staff, made our arrival so smooth! Our room was specially decorated. It was perfect for our honeymoon. We loved the lagoon view water villa. The views and scenery were something special.

The resort offered multiple swimming pools. It included a 50m public swimming pool. The villa had a private pool with lagoon views. This was fantastic. We really enjoyed the spa where the staff came to greet us, they were very sweet, and very good with their hands.

I must note that the bicycles were not well kept, and several had flat tires. Securing replacements proved difficult. Spaces filled quickly. It limited spontaneity in my travel plans. I also observed that the restaurant menu, while extensive, lacked detailed descriptions of ingredients. This made ordering difficult for those with dietary restrictions, specifically food allergies or intolerances. The absence of readily available information caused inconvenience.

i spent a good few days at this hotel. the setting is gorgeous, lined with lush palm trees that face a serene lagoon. the two infinity pools provided amazing spots for relaxation, especially the one by the twilight lounge for sunset viewing. i appreciated the free bikes readily available throughout the resort in various sizes. complimentary kayaks were also a lovely perk. the morning yoga session overlooking the lagoon was a great start to my day.

the inquiry about my stolen straw hat during breakfast was rather slow. staff needed a significant amount of time to identify the culprit, a bit frustrating. it took until late afternoon to discover the culprit had already left.

the breakfast spread was excellent , with a variety of choices to satisfy any palate. i particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and the local specialties , which were replenished frequently. the horizon restaurant offered beautiful views and delicious meals.

the outdoor shower was the best i've experienced in any resort! it was private, clean, and really well-designed.

the security wasn't up to the standards i expected for a hotel of this level. it took them hours to figure out the culprit had already left, and i never got my hat back. it left me with a bad taste as i checked out.

The hotel has a secluded lagoon location. we got bikes to travel around the area. the spa service was good. That was a plus.

I visited in january and the weather was cold. the swimming pools were closed during that period. i paid a premium price for the hotel, but i couldn't fully enjoy the amenities. That was disappointing.
