the variety of food at breakfast impressed me (i especially enjoyed the local options). i found the staff happy and helpful. the pool area promoted relaxation and peace. rooms proved quite comfortable.

perfect location free shuttle bus hotel aesthetics balcony door rotten wood key card

the location was perfect, a short walk to the beach. a 10-15 minute free shuttle bus was available. this bus goes to the ancient town and i found this a lovely touch. the aesthetics of the hotel were fine!!!

When i started using the things, i noticed the bad state. the balcony door handle came into my hands when i tried to open it. the wood of the outside chairs was rotten. It broke as soon as i sat on it. i advise leaving ample time to check out. Reception sent someone to check that i really left the key card in the room.

My stay included a superior double room garden view. The room design allowed for natural light. the bed was comfortable with quality linens. i found the grounds to be very well maintained. The gardens were beautiful and provided a peaceful atmosphere. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options with both western and local choices.

I noticed some minor wear in some areas of the room. A little maintenance would improve the overall experience

The gardens were manicured perfectly. The room was decorated nicely, giving a quiet setting. The staff was very friendly. They attended to any needs i had. The breakfast buffet included great options.

food variety right temperature loose handle rotten wood

i found the breakfast selection quite satisfactory. the food offered a big variety, including local vietnamese cuisine. the pool was just the right temperature (i enjoyed swimming after a long day).

i noticed the balcony door handle was loose (it almost came off when i tried to open it). i found some of the wood on the outside chairs looked rotten too. the wifi was not good and it was hard to connect sometimes. i think the hotel needs to improve its internet connection.
