The staff was fabulous and very helpful. The hotel arranged a private transfer from the airport. The driver found my phone that I left in the car and returned it in minutes. The hotel arranged a private car for a trip to Ba Na Hills and they were upfront about the price.

I did not like that we were charged for water in our rooms daily. Complimentary water was not provided unless you paid. The accommodation is about a thirty-minute shuttle bus ride to Hoi An. A minimart needing to buy essentials would be beneficial.

The staff were really good and paid close attention to every need with smiles. Free transport was available into town which was very handy. The prompt responses and efficient service enhanced the overall positive experience.

the resort provided a regular shuttle bus into hoi an. the staff were very friendly and helpful. they assisted with restaurant bookings and transport. i enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the evening meals were great. the pool was lovely. but the gardens were amazing!

the shower water temperature was intermittent. sometimes it was hot, sometimes cold, and after my partner showered one night, there was no hot water left. showering wasn't great.

The breakfast buffet had many options. I tried local dishes (pho especially!) and Western staples. The hotel provided a free shuttle service into town. It made visiting the old city very convenient.

The gym was rather small. I noticed some of the equipment looked a bit old. The beach had some trash washed ashore. I think cleaning was only in a limited area.

The staff are really helpful. They goes above and beyond to ensure you have a good stay and. This place has the best customer service and I feel they do a great job. It is one of the best resorts I have been to.

The pool are very hot. You cannot even cool off which is really a pity, I think. The hotel is far from the town. It has no restaurants nearby and it is expensive to eat at the hotel and the dishes are not especially good.
