i enjoyed the christmas dinner buffet. the buffets had good selection. everything tasted fabulous. entertainers and singers performed all evening, even including a fire show on the beach. i really appreciate the wonderful service from all the staff (i think of them fondly!).
the wardrobe in our room would not close properly, a small issue , but i hope they fix it soon.

the breakfast offered a good array of eastern and western choices. the quality of the food was really good. my king size bed provided comfort as i looked out at the pool and the ocean. i was thankful.
the gym's condition needs an update.

I stayed in a renovated room. The design felt fresh. A kind amenity awaited me upon arrival. Gingerfire restaurant had a complete new design. The team was attentive.
The room service stopped at 23:00! I wanted to order a bottle of champagne at 23:05 and was told no.

the position is good. the staff are helpful. breakfast had a great selection.
the room i got was terrible. the grouting in the shower was atrocious and the skirting boards were scratched. the uneven floors were badly scuffed. i wish i was in a different hotel.
