the location is on a beautiful beach. the free shuttle bus into town was convenient.

the food and beverage options were disappointing. the drinks tasted muted, lacking the vibrancy i expect at a resort of this size. breakfast was merely ok, especially for a resort in asia (i definitely expected more variety and flavor). other food offerings seemed subpar as well.

The gardens are amazing and the pool is right on the beach. Staff members are very friendly. They are also the most helpful I have seen in all of this country. I seemed like I was part of a community because of the personal attention to detail. The hotel food was magnificent at this relaxing resort.

The rooms felt tired. The toiletries were very basic. The shower leaked. The patio door was hard to open.
