hot water issue inconvenient shower

The room service was acceptable.

My main issue was the lack of hot water. I had to call maintenance repeatedly to get it working, and it was quite inconvenient when trying to shower.

constant noise shampoo refilling

the noise was a constant problem. i could hear some machinery running outside my room, specifically room 121. this went on all the time. it was a real disturbance. i also had issues with the lack of conditioner. they only supplied shower gel and shampoo. i had to keep asking for more, as they didn't refill it automatically.

Really good Service and Clean Accommodations

helpful reception clean room

Mahmoud at reception was very helpful. He ensured our à la carte restaurant reservations were handled. Mahmod Gamea, the housekeeping manager, also were great too assist us with everything we needed. The room was especially nice and clean.

decorated bedroom friendly staff cheerful pool boy

The hotel staff decorated my bedroom and brought me a cake for my birthday. That was very nice. Staff are friendly and work hard to help you. Hossam, the pool boy, is always cheerful. The managers take time to stop and chat with you. They make sure everything is okay.

The air conditioning did not work properly.
