helpful staff city center rude reception shabby hallway

The staff was funny and helpful! the resort is located in the city center. It is very nice. you won't need to leave the resort. Everything you need is there. i appreciated access to the sister hotel el palacio, especially for nightlife.

The reception wasn't very cute. the men came across quite rude and unhelpful, it's a shame. the hallways looked like run-down social housing hallways. They were dark and shabby.

Hassan and besheir at reception greeted me warmly. ashraf in the restaurant was very helpful to me. mahmoud khalaf helped with room service. He was a nice person. ms. rawan from guest relations helped find a very nice room with amazing view, and i appreciated that.

the wifi, was slow, but i wasn't there for internet surfing.

my room offered ample space and good amenities. the bathroom included two separate sinks, that i like. i also had a rainfall shower that i liked. all room was cleaned every day with fresh towels.

FANTASTIC stay, AMAZING services!!!

I TRULY appreciated the helpful and cheerful staff. Special thanks to Mr Hassan at reception!!! Hossam, the hotel porter, Hossam in the restaurant, Kareem in housekeeping, and Abdelbaset at the pool bar were all excellent. The sandy beach was beautiful, and the snorkeling area plus the pool with its bar were awesome.

Our room was ALWAYS clean thanks to the kind cleaners. It provided a comfortable space. The rooms include air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant temperature plus they also featured comfortable beds for restful sleep.

The main restaurant provided okay food, even if it wasn't ideal for picky eaters. Mahmoud from the restaurant was VERY respectful to us, similar to service in a Michelin-starred hotel. He made every meal special.

I could access two neighboring hotels. I could use their beaches, pools, and restaurants. The aqua park was a highlight, and Ahmed ensured the kids were safe and had a lot of fun. This.

the staff were very attentive and quick to help with requests. the rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. i appreciate how close the hotel is to the beach. there is also a variety of food options available at the buffet.

the gym equipment looks a bit worn.
