i had a fantastic week-long stay. the hotel staff, including mr hatem from the reception, were really helpful. the facilities allowed enjoyment of different water sports (for all levels). internal transport between amenities was also very efficient.

not being part of the d club felt frustrating. we were treated differently from d club members. the sunbeds were less comfortable than d club areas (they were quite shabby).

the hotel is near the airport. this made arrival and departure very easy. the proximity to local attractions and amenities provided convenience for exploring the surrounding areas (i could easily access everything i needed).

The beach was BEAUTIFUL and offered many activities. Water sports and massages were available there. The food was also very good. My favorite was dining at the lake restaurant.

The all-inclusive beer was not good. It was served in small paper cups. I also ordered a Fanta from the bar and somehow got completely covered in it. I am not sure if it was done on purpose.

the air conditioning unit in my room produced a noticeable sound, slightly distracting.
