Wonderful stay with great amenities
inclusive experience diverse food available sunbeds clean space
Our all-inclusive experience was fantastic. The food selection was diverse and delicious. We found sunbeds available at the pool each day. Multiple lifts prevented long waits to access upper floors. The room service included daily bed making with fresh towels and replenished coffee and tea supplies. The corridors and public spaces were noticeably clean.
The rooftop bar was closed earlier than advertised, limiting our evening options.

Multiple lifts provided efficient access to all floors. The pool area provided sufficient sunbeds. Well kept public areas showed attention to detail. I could see that they took pride in it.

i found the check-in process efficient. the hotel offered varied food options. the location aided island exploration. the front desk staff provided helpful assistance.
The pillows were unfortunately too soft for my liking. This slightly impacted sleep quality, but was not a major issue.

delicious food available sunbeds plentiful lifts
I chose the all-inclusive option and it was a GOOD decision. The food had amazing quality. There was lots of choice and everything was delicious. Despite the hotel's large size and high occupancy, i always found sun beds available at the pool. Lifts were plentiful, so i experienced no long waits to reach my room.
the wifi wasn't very reliable , it was often slow and sometimes disconnected (but i was on vacation anyway).
