the gym had friendly staff and the personnel were always willing to assist.

housekeeping and reception had issues i was not informed about the electronic room cleaning switch. when my room was not cleaned, i called to report it. the lady at reception was patronizing and said she would organize cleaning at 7pm. it took 30 minutes for some tea bags and clean cups to arrive.

breakfast buffet was extraordinary. i loved the orange juice and the breakfast room. our ionian seaview grand room was amazing. i could not imagine it better. staff at the pool were taking great care finding sunbeds quickly.

rooms are small with very average amenities. also it is up in the mountain and lacks direct access to the beach. you will need a shuttle transport.

I enjoyed the infinity swimming pool. it seemed like swimming in the sky. The staff were always ready to help, especially Peggy and Nina. i really liked the housekeeping service. They cleaned the room twice each day.

the main pool was not heated and was very cold. i thought the hotel should heat the pool, especially this time of year. this made swimming not enjoyable.
