the breakfast had a great variety of food staff was really nice. i saw everybody doing their best. towels were changed every day.

the gym is very small i was disappointed. the spa was not available and no alternatives were given.

water access unacceptable service

the breakfast offered a decent Variety of Options.

The lack of readily available water at night was Unacceptable. i returned late to discover No drinking water in the minibar and was refused service. i find THIS INHOSPITABLE. A hotel Should Always provide water.

helpful staff immaculate hotel fine rooms great job

i found the staff helpful. the hotel is immaculate. the facilities are as expected from a hotel of this caliber. the rooms are fine. the cleaning staff did a very great job. i was pleased with the condition of the hotel.

breakfast buffet quality seemed to decline when the hotel got busy, which affected the overall dining experience.

a stay with some setbacks

limited gym inconsistent service

The gym seemed rather under-equipped. it only has one treadmill, which feels inadequate for a hotel of this size. also, i found the service inconsistent. some staff members were unhelpful. There was no clear explanation upon arrival about facilities like towel cards.

The breakfast buffet offered many options. the staff seemed very friendly and helpful. The receptionist was especially nice when i checked in. there was a bar with entertainment. I liked the richard edwards performance.
