Francesco from the animation team was great. He even organized a boccia tournament (i did not win, sadly). the grounds were beautiful with a dreamy beach. i especially liked that signature level pool lawn chairs were available.
reservations for the a la carte restaurants were difficult to secure.

The rooms have a great design. lots of storage makes them very functional. bathrooms are large and the beds are very comfortable! the cleanliness was perfect there. I appreciated it. the staff members were friendly and helpful.
The only downside was the loud music around the pool. It was difficult to relax. it played beyond midnight and disturbed sleep in sea-facing rooms! the music was overbearing.

The lifeguard team provided really good service. Two lifeguards stood out. One with longer hair wore a cap, sunglasses, a red lifeguard jacket, and beach shorts. The other was tall, with dark hair and tattoos, usually wore a red T-shirt and shorts. They were attentive, kind, and professional along the beachfront.

i found the beautiful bungalow impeccably clean, it offered a welcome respite after long days. housekeeping provided fresh towels and restocked the amazing toiletries regularly. the massive bed was comfy, i sunk right into it each night. wifi worked flawlessly throughout the entire resort and i liked the tv welcomed us with a personalized message.
the buffet restaurant felt chaotic, it was noisy during peak hours. there was a wide range of food choices, but the overall experience didn't meet my expectations.
