boccia tournament dreamy beach signature chairs
Francesco from the animation team was great. He even organized a boccia tournament (i did not win, sadly). the grounds were beautiful with a dreamy beach. i especially liked that signature level pool lawn chairs were available.
reservations for the a la carte restaurants were difficult to secure.

The Beautiful Bungalow included shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, and lotion. Fresh towels arrived regularly. Housekeeping was on point. The buffet restaurant served fresh, tasty swordfish during a live cooking event.

hotel cleanliness friendly staff excellent food convenient wristband
i was very happy with the cleanliness and the friendly staff. the food was superb. the signature-level pool was also an excellent amenity, and i appreciated the convenience of the key integrated into the wristband. i enjoyed my experience.

great design functional storage friendly staff
The rooms have a great design. lots of storage makes them very functional. bathrooms are large and the beds are very comfortable! the cleanliness was perfect there. I appreciated it. the staff members were friendly and helpful.
The only downside was the loud music around the pool. It was difficult to relax. it played beyond midnight and disturbed sleep in sea-facing rooms! the music was overbearing.

The lifeguard team provided really good service. Two lifeguards stood out. One with longer hair wore a cap, sunglasses, a red lifeguard jacket, and beach shorts. The other was tall, with dark hair and tattoos, usually wore a red T-shirt and shorts. They were attentive, kind, and professional along the beachfront.

a nice getaway
clean bungalow fresh towels comfy bed flawless wifi
i found the beautiful bungalow impeccably clean, it offered a welcome respite after long days. housekeeping provided fresh towels and restocked the amazing toiletries regularly. the massive bed was comfy, i sunk right into it each night. wifi worked flawlessly throughout the entire resort and i liked the tv welcomed us with a personalized message.
the buffet restaurant felt chaotic, it was noisy during peak hours. there was a wide range of food choices, but the overall experience didn't meet my expectations.
