i enjoyed my time at the lobby bar. kosta prepared every coffee carefully. he remembered my preferences and always greeted me with a smile. the hydro face massage by marina was very relaxing too.

the gym was quite small.

A Charmed Stay

The animation team was energetic. I participated in the Aladdin show. It was a lot of fun. The staff was friendly and easy to talk to, we shared many laughs. I already booked another stay for September. I'm thrilled.

There wasn't much variety in the food. I expected more options. The selection felt limited. The taste was fine, but it lacked excitement. The kitchen should rotate items daily to increase appeal.

the grounds are spacious which was nice. the scale of the hotel surprised me.

I found the lack of adult-only zones problematic. the hotel caters mainly to families, so i was always surrounded by kids. the evening meals tasted hurried, and the cutlery often felt dirty. the food was repetitive. I saw some guests eating from the kids buffet.
