The free shuttle boat provided easy access to the city every half hour. i found this service reliable. the rooftop pool gave nice views of the surrounding area. it was easy to spend hours there. the breakfast had fresh vegetables directly from the hotel's own garden. I enjoyed this addition.

the food was good, though pricey, so i did keep that in mind while ordering.

The hotel had very nice gardens suitable for events and celebrations. I noticed a lot of beautiful spots. cooking lessons were available and featured immersion in italian cuisine. the rooftop restaurant and bar offered fine views.

our beautiful double room was modern and bright, and i found it spacious. the air conditioning kept the room at a comfortable temperature, and the blackout curtains ensured a restful sleep. the bathroom had premium toiletries.

The free shuttle to San Marco's square was convenient. The hotel grounds were extensive and well maintained. I enjoyed walking through the rose garden near the main building. The fresh flowers smelled AMAZING!!! I appreciated the rooftop pool. It had ample seating.

The room felt a little tired. The grout was yellowed in the shower. I also thought the breakfast quality was just okay. It was definitely not what I expect from a five-star hotel.
