a wonderful stay!
animation team helpful staff
The animation team was Excellent!!! ali and the team worked so hard to ensure fun was had all day and night. fathi was also very helpful and encouraged everyone to get involved. the village rooms worked very well for us. They were cleaned and looked amazing every morning.
the pool areas needed more attention to cleaning. i only saw the pool cleaned once . there was bird poo on the decking areas that was not cleaned, so we had to ask the supervisor every morning to wash it away.

the hotel is not centrally located, but the local bus service outside the hotel made other towns very accessible. this made it easy to explore the area. there are beautiful views of the bay.

excellent breakfeast dinner buffet clean room
The breakfast and dinner buffet had excellent choices. The room was large and clean. I found the grounds to be well kept.
The pool area was swept weekly, it could use a wash down. Sticky spilled drinks remained for days. I also noticed mosquitoes.

stocked fridge convenient buses
My room included a minibar that staff restocked. It also had a safe. I found buses stopped right outside the hotel. These buses go to Alcudia.

functional gym shaded section double sinks
The gym had three treadmills. It also had two stationary bikes. The pool area featured twenty loungers. A shaded section also existed. The rooms included two sinks and a rainfall shower.
The minibar restocking was sometimes inconsistent.
