the location is directly on the beach. i appreciated the access to shops and restaurants nearby. the pool water temperature was pleasant. the rooms were very cozy.

the room smelled of mildew upon arrival. it also had chipping paint on the walls. i asked the front desk for an iron and waited two hours for it. breakfast seemed unexceptional for a hotel of this category.

I loved the hotel's new infinity pool. It was a great addition for relaxation. Our room also featured a new, modern safe, a welcome improvement. The central location made it easy to access nearby attractions. It enhanced the overall experience. The staff were friendly. They were always eager to assist with any requests.

The hotel heating and air conditioning system presents a limitation. It can only provide one at a time. This was not ideal. We had hot weather but no air conditioning available.

The room included a beautiful balcony with a fine sea view. It offered excellent views. Water and coffee pods were replaced twice a day for the coffeemaker. The rooms were very clean. They were well kept.

the hotel seemed past its prime, showing noticeable wear. the air conditioning struggled to keep up, even in the evenings. it. staff response to issues was slow. getting a simple request fulfilled took multiple follow-ups and quite a bit of waiting. the promised 'beautiful' experience fell short because of those issues.
