fantastic family getaway
super clean room family getaway quick transfer kids pool
the hotel was super clean and the room was cleaned every day. our little son especially liked the kids' pool. it was the perfect family getaway. the transfer from the airport was quick and hassle-free, this made a big difference after a day of travel
i noticed that the beach clubs are not affiliated with the hotel so i had to pay separately for chairs by the beach.

the room included a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary beverages, replaced daily. i appreciated the spacious layout with separate seating areas. the bathroom featured a rainfall shower and provided ample counter space.

staff provided warm greetings and welcome drinks upon arrival. naiara in guest services helped us and was hospitable. the reception staff promptly addressed requests, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out. staff are polite and get things done.

the resort was very clean, meeting all family needs. food options were diverse at all meals, even catering to picky children. my kids especially liked the pools, and we all appreciated the quick two-minute walk to the beach. we found local shops were only five minutes away, a true convenience. i really liked that the staff came around to the pool during the day taking drinks orders..

inclusive option breakfast hour airport proximity dietary requirement
the all inclusive option included reasonable breakfast hours which finished at 11. airport proximity was feasible with taxi access costing €15 and taking ten minutes. the guest services team was super helpful. naiara helped with my dietary requirements, i found that excellent. the hotel grounds were well maintained, i noticed that.
the pool was closed for most of one day. no explanation was given. i feel it is important to notify guests about these changes to avoid confusion and disappointment.

the location boasts convenient access to nearby attractions, with the beach positioned just outside the back gate. beach clubs were gorgeous and easy to reach. it enhanced my experience, i thought.

inclusive system friendly staff good array
I enjoyed the effortless all inclusive system! the wristband also worked as a room key, this was convenient. the staff were friendly. Their service. the food offered a good array of options, each dish prepared perfectly, catering to every dietary need. i appreciated the super clean condition of the resort!
The air conditioning in my room needed improvement! it struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, especially during the warmer parts of the day. this made it somewhat challenging to relax fully in my room. I hope they upgrade the system soon.

clean room food choice rude staff broken air conditioning
The room was very clean. fresh towels and bedding were provided daily. the buffet restaurant had a great choice of foods and lots of variety. Different options were available every day.
some bar staff were miserable and rude. i waited a long time for a drink sometimes. air conditioning in the room was not working properly. i complained to reception, but nothing was done.

easy transfer super clean hotel friendly staff
The airport transfer was quick and easy. The hotel was super clean. Our room was cleaned thoroughly each day. I found the staff friendly and cute (they always had a smile).
the check-in was a slow, chaotic process. It felt more like an inconvenience than a welcome.

faulty air conditioning tasteless cheese
Honestly, i'm not sure what the fuss is about. the air conditioning barely worked. It was like a sauna in our room, and reception didn't seem to care. the "snack van" by the pool served up some seriously questionable tacos and nachos. I swear the pork was drier than the sahara. it's supposed to be a 5-star experience, but it felt more like a 3-star with a hefty price tag.
