i was greeted with very nice warmth. the hotel has various pool areas that are well maintained. the breakfast buffet provided a good start to the day with a varied array of options. the location provides bus transportation to palma just outside the hotel premises, convenient.

polite staff excellent food great dinner

all staff were courteous and efficient. breakfast each morning had an excellent choice of food. dinner each evening in the main restaurant was great too. the food was delicious.

i found i needed to cross two roads to get to my room. the rooms could benefit from a refresh. i think the updates would enhance the overall experience.

The staff displayed genuine care and attention to detail . They were really good too ensure I had everything I needed. The location offered easy access to Palma via a quick bus ride, so helpful. The unique art pieces throughout the resort added an extra layer of charm.

I experienced some minor inconvenience with inconsistent hot water in the bathroom. It took some time to come through.
