the food was generally acceptable. the pool bar served decent tacos.
the entertainment was lacking. there were no kids clubs and very limited evening entertainment.

poor selection unhygienic system
The drink selection at the bars left much to be desired. there was only one kind of beer AVAILABLE. i also found THE pool bar's glass-washing system unhygienic. They rinsed glasses in the SAME water repeatedly. it could have been better.

friendly staff easy check-in clean facilities
I found the entire staff friendly. They were approachable and accommodating. Check-in and check-out were simple, easy, and quick. I received a welcome beverage of my choice with a straightforward explanation of all services included. The facilities were very clean.
I noticed the Mediterranean restaurant was slightly disappointing. You have to serve yourself a salad. My main meal was lukewarm. this was a minor issue given the quality elsewhere.

The location was fantastic, very close to main attractions. The staff was very friendly, approachable, and accommodating. The check-in process was simple and quick. We received a welcome drink and a clear explanation of included services. The tennis court was in great condition, offering a fun activity (I loved to play there). Free Wi-Fi across the hotel was useful for staying connected.
During my honeymoon, some important documents were mistakenly thrown away by housekeeping. This caused considerable difficulty because I could not board my flight. It also caused passport issues.
