I appreciated the numerous pools available. The resort offered a great selection. the buffet in the main restaurant was satisfactory. the staff seemed friendly. They offered needed help when asked.
the wifi was temperamental in SOME areas.

The staff was very friendly. They always answered any questions I had. This resort is really good for families with kids, since they have a children's pool. I enjoyed the children's club, it provided fun activities throughout the week! The food was good. The main buffet offers a variety of options.
I noticed that the beach wasn't fully equipped with WiFi access.

The room was cleaned very well each day of my stay. The cleaning staff emptied bins and cleaned bathrooms regularly. Water was also restocked upon request, so the room always felt fresh. I found this very pleasing.

The hotel has direct access to the beautiful sandy beach area. It only takes minutes to reach the town by free bus service. I really liked how accessible everything was from the resort. Access was so easy.

There is a wide range of pools, which offers great choices. The pools were large and there were plenty of sun beds available . The animation shows in the evening provided nice entertainment. I really loved this.

The main restaurant buffet offers well-seasoned food, something I enjoyed. I ate at two a la carte restaurants, yet I thought the buffet was best. I found that the buffet had excellent options. I liked the quality.

The hotel grounds are large. Choice of pools IS great. I liked the food in the buffet. I ate at two a la carte restaurants. The buffet WAS the best option for me.
The room was not cleaned frequently enough as i expected, this does affect experience.

staff are friendly, helpful and provided good service. The level of support. i reminded me of they really cared about guest satisfaction and worked to accommodate requests.
