A great stay with helpful staff
daily housekeeping on-site dining breakfast buffet fitness center
I stayed for several nights and found the rooms to be well-maintainedwith daily housekeeping and fresh towels. the location allowed easy access to the nearby beach, and i spent time relaxing by the sea. i also appreciated the on-site dining options. The breakfast buffet had a wide array of choices. Finally, i used the fitness center. It had modern equipment and adequate space for a full workout.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
poor restaurant service late housekeeping
The breakfast was acceptable with a sufficient variety of options.
The service in the restaurants was poor. I experienced delays in getting drinks and found staff were often chatting among themselves rather than assisting guests. housekeeping often came very late in the afternoon, around 5-6pm, inconvenient.

A serene escape
gorgeous bathroom warm staff proximity beach landscaped grounds
The room was gorgeous. The bathroom decor was beautiful. The staff showed warmth. The beach was in proximity and I had a partial sea view from my balcony. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and well maintained.
During breakfast, it was a struggle to find cups for coffee.

The resort features four outdoor pools and one indoor pool. The pools are clean and well maintained. Plenty of sun loungers were available. I enjoyed the pools and found them refreshing.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. A special thank you is due to Mouhssine. Mouhssine made dining at IMIM particularly nice with great recommendations. The staff's attention to detail made a difference.

unstaffed coffee shop frustrating staff
The grounds were beautifully landscaped. The bird of paradise flowers were a nice touch.
The coffee shop near reception was often unstaffed. I waited a long time to be served. Staff also seemed to stand around speaking to each other. They were not readily available when needed. I found this quite frustrating.
