the location is fantastic. The hotel is beautiful. My family and i felt well looked after . The staff elevated this resort.

I found that requesting assistance from the reception team often resulted in delays. It sometimes took an hour or longer to get simple requests fulfilled. i had to follow up in person to get a response. The service was slow.

The staff members, including those at check-in, security, and the restaurant wait staff, were excellent. The restaurant managers were attentive and professional, particularly the manager in a blue jacket. The hotel ensured a well looked after experience.

Fantastic Stay with Excellent Service!

I had a fantastic stay. The staff were attentive. Mariam at check-in was especially helpful. The rooms were wonderful they were clean and beautifully designed. Marwan and Faysal provided extra care. I greatly appreciate their professionalism.

The hotel is a good distance from the city it's nearly an hour. A hotel transport made for an interesting drive nonetheless.

The breakfast featured delicious crepes prepared by Mariam. Waiters like Oussama and Hossam provided excellent service. There was also a wide variety of meals served. It was a enjoyable dining experience.
