amazing hotel!

landscaped grounds spacious pool excellent service

i found the hotel to be super awesome. the grounds were beautifully landscaped, and the pool area had such spacious feel. they had so many food and drink options available, and all were excellent. i found that the service throughout the whole stay was great.

the gym had all equipment but some machines needed some updating, like the treadmill console was a bit old.

i found the restaurant staff at both breakfast and dinner friendly. they were always ready to help , showing the same attention as the team at the pool bar. a special thanks to karima abo ali from housekeeping. Her work was perfect.

i noticed the gym equipment could use a little updating , though it was still perfectly functional for my needs.

my room featured two double beds i appreciated the ocean view from it the beautiful double room provided ample space. the room was also very clean a detail i always notice first. the breakfast buffet was extensive a chef prepared omelets to order. the selection of fresh fruit was excellent offering a variety of choices each morning

the gym had limited hours it closed earlier than i expected.

attentive staff excellent facilities prompt anticipation

The hotel staff, especially at breakfast, was Really good. I appreciated the attentiveness shown by Hilmi El Ghalbouni who anticipated every need. The facilities themselves were amazing. I will certainly return SOON.

fantastic location beachfront location attentive staff

the location is fantastic. The hotel is beautiful. My family and i felt well looked after . The staff elevated this resort.

I found that requesting assistance from the reception team often resulted in delays. It sometimes took an hour or longer to get simple requests fulfilled. i had to follow up in person to get a response. The service was slow.

The staff members, including those at check-in, security, and the restaurant wait staff, were excellent. The restaurant managers were attentive and professional, particularly the manager in a blue jacket. The hotel ensured a well looked after experience.

Fantastic Stay with Excellent Service!

attentive staff clean rooms beautiful design extra care

I had a fantastic stay. The staff were attentive. Mariam at check-in was especially helpful. The rooms were wonderful they were clean and beautifully designed. Marwan and Faysal provided extra care. I greatly appreciate their professionalism.

The hotel is a good distance from the city it's nearly an hour. A hotel transport made for an interesting drive nonetheless.

The breakfast featured delicious crepes prepared by Mariam. Waiters like Oussama and Hossam provided excellent service. There was also a wide variety of meals served. It was a enjoyable dining experience.
