Fantastic Stay with Great Amenities

I appreciated the hotel's many facilities. There were spa services, a nice pool, direct beach access, and several restaurants. The staff in the surf house were excellent. the beach bar personnel were friendly. Housekeeping was diligent, and security was always present.

I found the soundproofing not ideal, as I could hear some corridor noise.

The staff consistently provided excellent service with a smile. The hotel surf school is excellent with skilled teachers. I especially appreciated Issmail for organizing trips and recommending restaurants. I was very well taken care of throughout my time.

The well-appointed rooms are very nice and neat. The prestige suite was spacious. It included a kitchen, a great living room, two large bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, and one separate toilet. The view from the room was very nice.

The breakfast spread was varied, fresh, and appetizing. The restaurants within the hotel were nice and convenient. I found easy access for other beaches with good places to surf. It was also easy to order meals and have them served on the beach.

It was my second stay, and i enjoyed it greatly. The little kitchenette with a fridge was useful for preparing our own meals! the staff are really friendly and helpful. They assisted with all of my needs, and i received a complimentary meal upon arrival after midnight! the breakfast buffet had a great range of options and freshly squeezed orange juice. Everything was cooked very well.

the gym was a bit rustic, but it did the job.

Fantastic Beachfront Stay

The hotel is directly on the beach offering easy access. The breakfast provided many varied and tasty options each morning. I particularly enjoyed the yoga sessions. Instructors were top class. The resort was clean and had excellent facilities, I had a suite with a beach view and it was very lovely.

I found the prices for food and drink at the hotel to be overpriced. A burger and chips cost £15, and a pizza with coke was £17. I didn't feel safe enough to venture out alone at night in the area. I ended up eating at the hotel most of the time.

The breakfast offered a wide range of choices and the quality was very high. The hotel fronts the beach. This makes access for walks very easy. Our room included a bedroom, a kitchen, a living room, and a sun deck. It also had views of both the pool and the sea. I found the staff to be cute and they were always great with the kids.
