The breakfast buffet offered a variety of choices. Staff members were always available and helpful. I enjoyed the closeness to dining places and the beach was just steps away. Pools were pristine and big.
The elevators smelled unpleasant, that was noticeable. I found the laundry service quite expensive with a charge per item. Some areas of the hotel seem to need refurbishment, it is dated in places.

the breakfast buffet was always acceptable.
My room smelled musty. it REALLY needed updating. i also found it odd that the air conditioning wasn't turned on near the sky pool entrance. It was hot.

fantastic stay!
beautiful pool friendly staff great location
The grounds and pools were BEAUTIFUL!!! the breakfast buffet had so many choices, something for everyone. most of the staff were polite and friendly, which i loved. the location was also awesome for local restaurants. The food was great and prices were reasonable.
the room had a musty smell, kind of annoying. all the clothes i hung in the wardrobe felt damp. my friends and family staying with me did not have this issue.

the room was clean, organized, comfortable and perfect. the bathroom was equally perfect, which i appreciate. the breakfast service was fantastic, with varied meals to satisfy guests from different parts of the world.

the location has a very good spot, quiet enough, but not far from the action. rooms are large and spacious, which i loved. the hotel has great access to the beach.

The staff were friendly and helpful! The location is excellent, close to the beach and shopping areas. Breakfast each day was AMAZING!!! I loved the variety.

amazing staff fun activities multiple pools nearby restaurants
The kids club was really good. Kelvin and Asha kept the children happy with activities daily. The multiple pools offered ample space. I also enjoyed the convenience to nearby restaurants and shops.
Securing sun loungers required an early wake-up.

The room provided included a comfortable balcony with seating. I was able to appreciate the meticulous cleanliness, and the cozy environment. The bathroom featured excellent amenities.

The staff demonstrated really good helpfulness. Farah, at the front desk, always greeted guests with a warm smile. The team addressed any inquiries promptly. Sheva was very attentive to guest needs.

The hotel benefits from a superb location close to the beach and various shops. Getting around was easy. Taxis and tuk-tuks were readily available nearby. I loved this. the central location made it easy to explore.
