lukewarm foodmusty rooms

the breakfast buffet was a sight to behold. i mean, not in a good way. it was just a madhouse, with everyone fighting over lukewarm food and the staff barely keeping up. and the rooms? they smelled musty, like someone had been air drying their wet socks in there for weeks. i suppose i was expecting a tad more for my money.

The resort had several pools. I spent time at the adults-only pool, enjoying peace. Our Grand Suite included pool and beach views. The suite also overlooked the Japanese Garden. The food was tasty! Breakfast offered many options.

I really liked the multiple pools available for both adults and children. They seemed well kept. i found the room very clean with amazing beach views, especially appreciated those sunsets. the staff was service-focused and always ready to help (chart was particularly helpful with our check-in and other requests).

the resort has several pools including a kids pool and an adults-only area. there are multiple restaurants, but some require a buggy ride from the southern lobby. the kids club provided games and activities that my children enjoyed very much.

the resort sits right on a beach. it is beautifully located with a calm atmosphere. the resort is on the west coast, which gave me access to some excellent sunsets (i love sunsets!).

the hotel is super clean and the staff is kind! there were many different pools for swimming, that's awesome. the resort itself is excellent and also the breakfast buffet was wonderful with many options. i really appreciated the friendly and helpful service throughout my stay. the pools offer great relaxation.

my only very small issue was that the beds are firm. this is just a personal preference, and everything else was great. this didn't detract from my overall experience at all.

the room was perfect and spacious, equipped with every necessity, including a mini-fridge, a safe, and a balcony with comfortable seating. also the air conditioning worked perfectly, maintaining a pleasant temperature throughout the stay. it included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.
