A pleasant stay
helpful staff great breakfast friendly manager good service
I appreciated the helpful staff. The bar staff in the lobby bar were particularly good. The breakfast offered many options. The customer liaison manager was friendly and very helpful. (His name was Martin.)

The double room featured a nice pool view. It also was clean and reasonably spacious. The daily housekeeping kept everything tidy and fresh.

The hotel included two outdoor pools. I saw that there were many sunbeds around the pool area. The hotel also has a gym and an indoor pool.

food variety luxurious shower clean room broken air conditioning unmentioned building work unclear guidance
the breakfast had a huge variety of foods. the shower was luxurious, i noticed. rooms were clean and well kept and also comfortable!
The air con in the room did not work. I found that out. there was building work at the hotel. there were deposits to be paid for spa robes and towels! there was no clear guidance on where to get them though.

poor lighting loose toilet seat
the breakfast had many options for everyone.
the room lighting was poor and shaving was difficult because of this. the toilet seat in my room was also loose. a painter woke me to paint my balcony from inside, despite my do not disturb sign.
