amazing breakfast clean spa balcony seating
The breakfast selection was amazing!!! i found everything i wanted. i also enjoyed the spa facilities. They were clean and well-kept. the premium sea view room i had included a balcony with seating.
the minibar was empty upon arrival, though staff quickly stocked it when i asked.

poor spot loud music
The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection.
The pool situation was unacceptable. It is managed separately from the hotel. Hotel guests found themselves relegated to less desirable spots by the pool. Loud music further detracted from relaxation.

ocean view spacious balcony convenient location
The room had an very nice view of the ocean and the marina bay (i could spend hours just watching it!). The balcony was spacious. The location is convenient with great restaurants around.
The elevators are sometimes confusing.

The breakfast buffet was substantial, I saw many options. The maids ensured my room was perfect everyday. They provided fresh towels and also water.
The elevators felt confusing initially.

a pretty good experience
great staff convenient location pool situation noisy dj
i had a room overlooking the harbor. it was on the 11th floor. the staff were really great and helpful. the location was also convenient. i found some great restaurants nearby. there was also a shopping mall. i really enjoyed the beach club. it was easy to get to. there was even underground access. i really loved hanging out at the guadalupe boat bar & bistro. it was my favorite spot. i could easily access valetta with the ferry next door. it was very nice after a long day in the heat.
the hotel pool situation was not the best. i reminded me of a third-rate citizen at the pool. i booked a 5-star hotel. i expect to be treated better at the pool. hotel guests can only sit in a lower back area. it was right next to the bins. there were no views. the main pool area is reserved for ibiza club guests. i was not thrilled about it. it was pretty loud from the dj stand in the afternoon. it was hard to relax by the pool.

convenient location wide selection helpful staff loud music inconsistent housekeeping
i found the location quite convenient. shops and restaurants were very close. the breakfast had a wide selection of items.. i especially liked the fresh fruit. the staff were friendly and helpful.
the outdoor pool access wasn't ideal. the music there was quite loud. housekeeping was inconsistent.. sometimes it happened at odd hours, other times it didn't happen at all.
