missing jacuzzi unreturned message

The breakfast had a good variety and was acceptable.

The spa was not properly explained. Staff mentioned a jacuzzi, but there wasn't one available. When I paid the room charges at the end of my stay, i couldn't recall if I accidentally overpaid in dirhams. I reached out to the hotel, but they've yet to message me back. this was dissapointing.

Wonderful Birthday Celebration Stay!

The staff really were really nice for my birthday. I received rose petals, candles, and a beautiful bouquet. They surprised me with a happy birthday song. I definitely plan to stay here again. The staff are AMAZING!!!

The music from the hotel restaurant was quite loud. It made sleeping difficult, so soundproofing could improve.

My room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The room was equipped with a modern air conditioning system and fast Wi-Fi. Blackout curtains helped ensure a restful night's sleep.

The pool area had about twenty loungers and a shaded section for relaxation. The gym featured three treadmills and two stationary bikes, perfect for a quick workout. The hotel also offered a convenient airport shuttle service.

The breakfast buffet offered great variety (i especially liked the fresh pastries). our room had two balconies and plenty of space. It was very clean.

expensive minibar broken treadmill

I wasn't thrilled about a few things. the minibar prices felt excessive. I mean, 80 dh for a small water bottle? really? the gym also needs an upgrade. The treadmill belts slipped, and half the equipment seemed out of order, so my workout felt a bit lacking. Next time i'll just stick to walking around the block, i guess. at least that's free.

varied breakfast attentive waiter

the breakfast buffet was a real plus. it had more options than i expected from other hotels. the rooftop terrace was also excellent. i felt safe and comfortable there thanks to the security and the attentive waiters.

mixed feelings about my stay

breakfast chaos late night noise

The breakfast situation was chaotic. I saw staff struggling to keep up with the demand for plates and cutlery. i am not sure what happened, there were not enough items. also, the noise from the hotel restaurant kept me awake late at night. the soundproofing was not effective at all and it was quite annoying

decent stay overall

helpful staff clean rooms excellent service apple pay passport security broken cup

the staff was helpful. the rooms were clean. the chambermaids provided excellent service. i appreciate the good service.

On checkout, the receptionist would not take apple pay. His machine could accept it. he wanted me to leave my passport as security to go get a card. i did not have a physical card at. a broken coffee cup cost me 100 dh.
