The hotel grounds are beautiful. I observed the staff maintained facilities well. I appreciated the variety in the buffet (the salads were fresh).

The gym equipment showed some wear and tear (it could use an update).

The photographers colin, nando, jordan, and sajeev from igd photographers. their picture quality. It was very nice. The memories are worth it. the team was very professional.

The buffet was a bit busy, and it felt crowded at times, especially during peak hours. i sometimes had to wait a little longer for a table. It's a very slight inconvenience though.

The hotel has a beautiful beach with crystal clear water, and plenty of space for swimming. the surrounding area is calm, with a nice view of the ocean. It's quite scenic. i enjoyed walks along the shore.

Mr bhavish provided great service and ensured our dining experience was lovely. He was awesome. he was very attentive and friendly. It was a delight. i highly recommend him. His service was excellent.
