The main buffet restaurant lacked a la carte options. It offered only an expensive buffet. Service at the Retreat Bar was slow. I waited an hour for someone to even inquire about my order.

My experience began with a warm greeting and seamless check-in. the room was large and well kept with excellent air conditioning. the grounds were spacious and created a tropical atmosphere. I enjoyed the many trees and open spaces. the staff were efficient. They responded quickly when i reported a small issue.
the wait times at the retreat bar were excessive. i waited over an hour for someone to take my order. it was there was a lack of organization and a lack of will to serve efficiently. this issue detracts from the overall experience.

the reception staff offered prompt assistance, and the concierge was helpful with directions, moreover room service was quite efficient, and the staff addressed my inquiries quickly and courteously.

The adult-only infinity pool area provided a quiet place, and the main pool had enough sunbeds. the gym had modern equipment, including three treadmills and several weight machines. gardens are spacious and well cared for. Providing a nice setting.
