i just returned from a totally awesome trip the staff are wonderful and always ready to help i can't say enough about the really good service i got the room service was prompt the food was delicious and the grounds were kept impeccably clean i really enjoyed the complimentary water sports there were many options available. i want to thank the entire team!
i did notice a tiny spot needing a touch of paint in the hallway but it really was minor.

I found the dolce vita restaurant to be a standout. It offered lovely freshly cooked food. the staff at the restaurant were very attentive. the hotel's location was perfect. i enjoyed that there was a calm lagoon.

the beach access was very convenient. my room was only a short walk to the sand. the main restaurant offered a wide variety of food. i liked the pasta dishes. the staff always smiled. they looked ready to assist with any requests.
the pool area was often crowded. it was difficult to find available sun loungers. some evenings the bar service was slow. i waited quite a while for my drinks. the gym equipment looked dated. i noticed rust on some machines.
