amazing resort stay

i appreciated the well-kept grounds at this resort. the landscaping was meticulous and created a relaxed atmosphere. the variety of restaurants offered different dining experiences. i liked the asian-inspired dishes at the thai restaurant.
i found the check-in process to be slow and somewhat disorganized. there was a long wait before i received my room key. a quicker and more efficient check-in would improve the first impression.

the hotel is conveniently situated near the airport, a short drive avoids long transfers. the proximity to the marine park allows easy access for snorkeling. beaches nearby provide different experiences, though some require a short walk.

The staff was helpful in arranging excursions and providing information. the housekeeping service was regular and consistent. Clean towels and amenities were readily available. i noticed they promptly responded to any requests.

the location near the airport was very convenient. this. the all-inclusive package included a good variety of drinks. i found this offered good value.
The room felt a little outdated. some furniture showed wear and tear. there were limited options for sugar-free drinks. Only one diet soda was available.

the staff were very kind and helpful! ved and mahdevi at reception were wonderful, they couldn't be better. riyaaz, our housekeeper, took excellent care of our room, it was super clean.

The beautiful rooms on the ground floor are spacious and comfortable with sufficient amenities. our room was looked after perfectly by the housekeeper. comfortable rooms contribute to a relaxing experience. Though some furniture is dated.
