locked safe bad phone service

the safe in my 'ultra resort vista room 1 king non-smoking' was locked shut when i arrived i needed security to reset it. also the wifi barely worked during my entire stay. i called about it but nothing improved the phone service was so bad it was hard to hear anything. the tv menu had issues as well the room service option never loaded.

wonderful stay in the heart of it all

updated furnishing great location many restaurant

The location was perfect, with easy access to everything. The room was spacious and well kept. I especially liked the updated furnishings and hip design. Though the carpet had a stain, this did not diminish my experience. There were many restaurants and shops. This.

The pool closed early at 6 pm. This limited our opportunity for an evening swim.

The location was CENTRAL to everything.

I encountered issues with the cleanliness of my ultra hip king smoking. The drawers in the dresser were broken making them difficult to use and the carpet had visible stains. I found this quite DISAPPOINTING.
