My stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory. I experienced significant issues with customer service during the reservation process, and once I arrived, my room was dirty with poor maintenance. The location is decent, being close to attractions, but it really didn't make up for the uncomfortable stay. Overall, I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel based on my experience.
