All 22 villas at The Kayon Valley Resort include a private plunge pool, a balcony or terrace, and a dining area for two. mediocre experience at a high price.

frayed towel unprofessional response

The location overlooks the valley. That was quite acceptable.

i requested help with luggage but the response seemed so unprofessional. frayed towels were in the room, reminded me of i was staying in a budget hotel, not a 5-star one.
