i stayed for several nights in a one-bedroom garden view villa. the villa included a large bed and a spacious bathroom. there were robes in the closet, also slippers were available.

the wifi signal was weak in some areas of the hotel.

I had such a blast at this place, everything was great. the buildings and grounds were so well kept, with fresh flowers placed around every morning, it was such a nice touch. i really appreciated the attention to detail, like the umbrellas outside every room and the bug spray always available, talk about prepared! plus, the staff, oh my gosh, they were so happy and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

I did notice the wifi was practically nonexistent though, a bit of a bummer! i had to buy an esim just to stay connected while i was there. It would've been great if the wifi had been more reliable.

the villa's private pool was immaculate, offering a clean and refreshing experience. protection from insects throughout the hotel was very effective and much appreciated. it created a more comfortable environment, awesome for relaxation without constant concern.

Breakfast was amazing with both buffet options and a la carte main dishes available, a perfect start to each day. the meat lovers pizza was also delicious, satisfying my cravings. Room service delivered quickly, ensuring meals were always hot and fresh.

The setting is fine. lush greenery surrounds the area. amazing valley views abound. our villa was beautifully presented. it was spacious and offered the perfect balance of balinese design and modern comfort. It was a relaxing experience. the staff were attentive. kind staff. the infinity pool was a highlight.

The hillside location involves many stairs. This might not be suitable with mobility issues.

the villa included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. there was also a minibar stocked with local snacks. a spacious balcony provided seating for four people and overlooked a garden with native plants.

the staff arranged a cooking class that taught us local cuisine. the concierge helped secure reservations at nearby restaurants. a complimentary shuttle provided transport to town. this helped us with travel arrangements.
