The staff organized drivers and they served as guides. Visiting places became easy. The on site restaurant was very good. I thought the room was lovely and a good value.

Rooms have many stairs and no elevators are available, which might pose an issue for some guests.

the staff were super friendly and did the best they could. the territory was jungle-like, acceptable.

the room smelled musty. this smell transferred to my bags and clothes. the timber decorations may be pretty, but they provide a perfect environment for mould to grow. there was no spa, though it is in the name.

the staff was attentive. even when issues arose, the manager addressed them quickly.

the room had a musty smell. it transferred to my belongings. the wooden decorations looked nice, but they was to be a breeding ground for mold. also, the hotel name includes "spa", but there wasn't one to be found (i was really looking forward to a massage).

the room had a noticeable musty odor i found unpleasant. it permeated everything. additionally, the breakfast options catered mainly to local tastes. i would have preferred a wider variety of choices.
