staff greetings really stood out to me. they addressed me by my NAME frequently. it gave a nice homely impression. the hotel team TRIED to create a special experience.

the motorcycle NOISE outside was distracting at night. it made sleeping difficult.

i adored the villa with its private pool, a haven of tranquility i will forever cherish. the soft sheets embraced me each night, and i reveled in the breakfast choices. the pool area was an oasis, a place i found myself drawn to with a sense of peace.

my only wish is that the curtains provided a bit more darkness, as the room was quite bright. i desired a deeper slumber, undisturbed by the world outside. it's a small detail, yet it matters when seeking complete rest.

great service villa upgrade

The location was convenient with many cafes and restaurants nearby. I also received a complimentary upgrade to the villa. The service was definitely great!!!

I noticed some minor wear in the bathroom fixtures, but it was a very small issue.

this place is like an oasis. i spend most of my time in this area and found this place. i immediately liked the vibe and view of the rice fields from the pool side and from the room. staffs were amazing, they are so helpful.

the gym is small. it has only few equipment, and some machines needs maintenance.

The breakfast was awesome with many fresh and tasty juices. The hotel has a cool interior design. I received a complimentary farewell drink. Great restaurants and the beach are really close to the hotel.

The room was very bright with no blackout curtains. This made sleeping very hard. Very loud motorcycles were driving outside all night. The bathroom was pretty dirty and gross.

main pool perfect spot villa view slow service smelly water

The villa was spacious. The plunge pool had a pleasant view of the rice field (this was really relaxing). The main pool had daybeds. This was a perfect spot to relax with a snack and a drink.

The breakfast service had issues. The a la carte menu items were fine and not amazing compared to other places. The staff seemed friendly, but they often forgot my juice order and bread platter (it happened multiple times). The water was smelly. I know this isn't the hotel's fault, but showering felt gross.
