the location was acceptable it was next to the beach
the room smelled terrible i think mold was present on the first day i asked for a room change it was not much better all my clothes smelled of mold i did not enjoy going back to the room after a long day with that smell

friendly stafffree massage
i loved the restaurant food and the friendly staff was always available. the location is near the beach! a free drink every evening for happy hour was amazing and a free 15min massage was a total treat.
the mattress was a little hard in my room SORRY.

the staff was just so kind and helpful! i loved that the whole resort was in great shape and super well maintained! there was a really good variety of pools. the gym was equipped well too!

The staff tried hard, I guess.
The noise was a real problem. Music blasted until 4 AM most nights. The hotel provided earplugs. They helped a little but did not block everything out. The bathroom lacked natural light and the ventilation seemed to let in all sorts of bugs.

the hotel had a kitchen , a gym , and a spa. workout classes and a swimming pool were available. it was a short walk to the beach , only a minute , even barefoot. the staff was helpful , cute and always smiling , .
The ocean view was not a true ocean view. From my balcony , i could only see a small portion of the sea. this made paying extra for the view not worthwhile. also , i could hear conversations from adjacent rooms , which reduced privacy.
