the staff was friendly. the room included all facilities. it was my birthday and the staff decorated our room with no added expense. the room was clean.

i found some algae in the pool, but it wasn't a big deal.

I found the staff very friendly and efficient. They were attentive to needs. The accommodation offered amazing value for money. The room overlooked the water.

The hotel is slightly older, so it looks a bit tired.

The Oceanfront Villa with a private pool was worth it. The sleeping area seemed larger. A very comfortable king size bed stood there. The suite offered a shower, a separate bathtub, and a toilet.

The hotel provided only two water bottles daily. Extra water was not allowed.

My two-bedroom villa had plenty of space, a nice outlook over the pool areas and a terrace to relax.

The breakfast selection was not good. It was like they had not updated the menu or added any variety . The beach was not ideal for swimming, and it required a 10-minute walk to a better area. It's unfortunate.

the location was a convenient distance from the main strip. it allowed for easy access to shops and restaurants. grounds were well-kept and created a relaxing environment. i found my room to be spacious and it included effective air conditioning.

Housekeeping services were inconsistent. My room was sometimes cleaned late in the afternoon.

the staff ensured my luggage was promptly delivered to my room upon arrival. i was also offered transport to and from my room using a golf cart. this service was very efficient and readily available.
